B & R provided civil design for the complete site re-development of the existing school facility including building renovation and large-scale additions, new parking lots, bus circulation and drop-off facilities and athletic fields. Mount Saint Mary's University Student Center , Emmitsburg, MD

B & RDesign group has provided planning and engineering services for several colleges and universities. The design of the new student center for Mount Saint Mary's University included complete civil construction drawings for facility layout, grading, sediment control, stormwater management and landscaping. B & R was also the Civil Engineer for the site design associated with the renovation of Borders Hall, also located on the Mount Saint Mary's University campus.

Frederick Community College Field House, Frederick, MD

B & R Design Group provided site planning and engineering services for the Field House addition and renovations. The design included complete civil construction drawings for facility layout, grading, sediment control, stormwater management and landscaping. B & R was also the Civil Engineer for the site design associated with the new Kiln Building and the new FCC Child Care Facility also located on the FCC campus.

Urbana High School, Urbana, MD

B & R provided civil design services for the renovation and addition to the existing high school facility including 27,000 Sq-Ft in building additions for an auxillary gym and new science and math wings. Construction documents included Grading Plans, Sediment Control Plans, Stormwater Management Plans, Landscaping Plans and Construction Specifications.
