Wayman African Methodist Episcopal Church, Frederick, MD

B & R Design Group provided planning and engineering services for the new church facility which is nearing construction completion and scheduled for dedication services in June, 2011. As part of the design services, B & R Design prepared roadway widening plans for MD Rt 26 including accel/decel lanes and entrance permiting. On-site design services included site planning, grading plans, sediment control plans, stormwater management plans and landscape plans.

Covenant Life Church, Gaithersburg, MD

B & R Design Group provided engineering services for the re-design of the Church campus facility comprising a 34,000+ Sq-Ft existing building and 44,000+ Sq-Ft new building incorporating a sanctuary, school and offices. As part of the design services, B & R Design prepared roadway widening plans for MD Rt 115 including accel/decel lanes and entrance permiting. On-site design services included site planning, grading plans, sediment control plans, stormwater management plans, athletic field layout and landscape plans. Permitting of water and sewer services through the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (WSSC) was also provided by B & R Design.

Maranatha Church of God, Frederick, MD

B & R Design Group provided engineering services for the approximately 16 acre site including a 35,000 Sq-Ft building located in the City of Frederick.
