Linganore Urbana Youth Athletic Association, New Market, MD
A 35 acre regional athletic complex located in the Town of New Market, Maryland's 100 Acre Woods Park. This project included master planning and engineering for the complex through coordination with the youth organization, the Town of New Market and the developer of the adjacent subdivision. In addition to the master planning, the design of the complex included detailed construction drawings for stormwater management and sediment control as well as cost estimating and budgetary evaluation. The complex was recently constructed and will be fully functional in the fall of 2011. B & R Design is currently performing detailed field facility plans and construction stakeout for specific component layout for the individual fields.
Richfield Station Community Park, Chesapeake Beach, MD
B & R Design Group provided planning and preparation of construction documents for a neighborhood park in the Richfield Station subdivision. This 1000+ unit subdivision was also designed by B & R Design Group.
