Turnpike Farm Industrial Park, New Market, MD

B & R Design provided engineering services for the industrial park subdivision including record plats, stormwater management design, sediment control design and forest conservation plans. B & R has also provided engineering design and surveying services for each pad site development including the Midlantic Marking Co., Trout Seafood Warehouse and retail, Harland Shoemaker & Sons General Contractors and A Storage Solutions LLC sites.

Wedgewood Industrial Park, Frederick, MD

B & R Design provided engineering services for several projects in the industrial park including site planning, grading plans, stormwater management design, sediment control design and landscape plans. Projects include Zamora Autobody, University Auto sales and service and Robert Sheckles, Inc.

Stanford Industrial Park, Frederick, MD

B & R Design provided engineering services for several projects in the industrial park including site planning, grading plans, stormwater management design, sediment control design and landscape plans. The Global Equipment & Excavating project site is shown in the photo above. In addition to this project, B & R is currently designing the pad site for Rev-Drill Sales and Rentals.

Airport Industrial Park, City of Frederick, MD

B & R Design provided engineering services for several projects in the industrial park including site planning, grading plans, stormwater management design, sediment control design and landscape plans. The Precision Autobody project site is shown in the photo above. In addition to this project, B & R served as the Civil Engineer for the Richard Crouse Airport Hanger site.
