Center Street Professional Center, Mt Airy, MD
B & R prepared site civil plans for a 30,000 Sq-Ft. mixed-use medical professional and retail sales building. B & R worked with the Town staff to incorporate the Town's new "Downtown" zoning designation for setbacks and site design. This development was the first to incorporate these standards in the Town. B & R's design services included site planning, grading plans, stormwater management plans, sediment control plans and landscape plans.

FSK Lincoln, Audi, Volvo & Pre-Owned Dealership, Frederick, MD
B & R prepared civil plans for a 15,000 Sq-Ft. automobile sales showroom and service center and a 4,000 Sq-Ft. Pre-Owned sales office. B & R coordinated the site design with the Maryland State Highway Administration construction of the MD Rt 85 ramp improvements and realignment.  Design services included site planning, grading plans, stormwater management plans, sediment control plans and landscape plans.

Lynfield Event Complex, Frederick, MD
B & R prepared site civil plans for a 15,000 Sq-Ft. and 40,000 Sq-Ft event complex . Design services included site planning, grading plans, stormwater management plans, sediment control plans and landscape plans.

Dairy Queen & Ledo's Pizza, Frederick, MD
B & R Design Group has prepared many design plans for pad sites such as Dairy Queen, Ledo's Pizza, McDonalds, Waffle House and Burger King. Other pad sites include those for small automobile dealerships, auto rerpair, retail sales stores, banks and small office buildings. B & R's design services included site planning, grading plans, stormwater management plans, sediment control plans and landscape plans in addition to complete surveying services and construction stakeout.

Frederick Oncology, City of Frederick, MD
B & R Design Group prepared civil plans for a 20,000 Sq-Ft. oncology center and medical professional offices. B & R's design services included site planning, grading plans, stormwater management plans, sediment control plans and landscape plans.

Monocacy Valley Canning Re-Development, City of Frederick, MD
B & R Design Group prvided planning and engineering for the re-development of the historic Monocacy Valley Canning Co. site into a mixed use retail/office center in the City's Carroll Creek Overlay District.  Conforming to the City's Carroll Creek Overlay design standards, B & R Design completed site construction documents for the project which included coordination with the adjacent Marc rail station and the construction of East Street as part of the new gateway into the City.  B & R also provided planning and engineering for the re-development of the historic Spoke Factory site into the new Frederick Tourism Center Immediately across the street from the Monocacy Valley Canning development site. Also within the Carroll Creek Overlay District, this site was designed with strict adherance to the district standards. For both sites, the historic buildings were preserved as the focal influence of the site.
